What are your hours of business?

Bruce's Body Shop hours of business are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm (optional: pst)

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ATM, Cashier Check, Money Order, Insurance Check and Cash. We are sorry but we do not accept personal checks.

Do you provide a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?

We do no provide a rental car, however we work closely with several rental car companies, and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining one to use while you car is being repaired. We do recommend that you check with your insurance company in regards to rental coverage.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

Repair times vary from vehicle to vehicle, depending on the severity of the loss. An estimate is written and the parts are ordered before the vehicle arrives at Bruce's Body Shop to expedite the repairs. The minimum repair runs about 3 days due to adequate drying time of materials to insure maximum quality repair.

Do I need to make a appointment for an estimate?

An appointment is not necessary. We always have somebody on staff at all times to prepare an estimate.

Do you waive deductibles?

No. It is a violation of section 551 of the penal code, which prohibits an automotive repair dealer from offering or giving any discount to offset a deductible required by an insurance policy for automotive repairs.

Do you guarantee your work?

Bruce's Body Shop guarantees all workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.

Can I get a ride to work or home?

Bruce's Body Shop offers a shuttle service.
